How to prepare
You do not need finance experience. You do need curiosity and a willingness to defend a view. Here is how to show up ready.
Know one name
Come ready to talk about one company, bond, or trade you find interesting and why. A clear, defensible view beats a complicated one.
Show your reasoning
We want to see how you break down a problem. Walk us through your logic out loud, including what would prove you wrong.
Learn your sector basics
Skim the fundamentals of the sector you pick: how longs and shorts, credit, or options actually make or lose money.
Read the news
Have a sense of what is moving markets right now. You do not need a forecast, just genuine curiosity.
Expect to be questioned
Every pitch at CHF faces live Q&A. Practice defending a view without getting defensive, and updating when you are wrong.
Bring questions
Ask us about the fund, the process, and the work. Recruitment goes both ways, and good questions stand out.
